*How do I track my shipment?
 
Through your account in the store or application, you can select the order and then the tracking number and the shipment tracking button appear after changing the order status to being delivered.
 
How long does it take to prepare the order?
 
Within 2:3 business days  (not including Friday)
 
*How long does the delivery take?
 
Within 2:7 business days from the date of shipment (any delay in delivery due to the shipping company is considered outside the responsibility of Barq Al Haya Store) and we are happy to help you communicate with the shipping company to raise a request or complaint if there is a delay within the agreed period.
 
Delivery to the registered address or to the SMSA branch (delivery option is not mandatory and is subject to SMSA Company only)
 
In the event that the shipment consists of two or more parcels, each parcel can be delivered separately and one parcel can be delivered to the address and the other parcel can be received from the branch.

*How to return?
 
Issuing a return policy from SMSA with a minimum value of 25.30 riyals per carton (or according to the shipping value recorded in the invoice if the shipping value is higher) and the items are delivered in the same condition and packaged to the nearest SMSA branch. After receiving them by the relevant department and examining them, a request is submitted to Tabby Company to refund the amount due, which is the value of the product minus the shipping value, and the refund period via Tabby is within 14:21 working days. In the event of an inquiry about the refund date, contact Tabby via the application.
 
In the event of payment directly via cards, the amount due is refunded within 14 working days.
